The cosy lounge seats 4 comfortably, and benefits from a flat screen tv and dvd player, as well as a wide range of books and maps of the area, not to mention a great selection of board games. There's a large electric heater, and windows overlook the drive, garden and Meadowside House.
The kitchen has been completely re-fitted for the 2022 season. It is well equipped with a new electric cooker and fridge, a microwave, and a full range of kitchen utensils and pans, plus all you need to seat 4 at the table. There's also a radio/cd player.
The main bedroom is a double with small built in wardrobe, dresser and electric heater. The second bedroom is a twin with chest of drawers, dresser and electric heater. Both have wonderful views over the garden to the Highland Wildlife Park and the Cairngorms.
Linen and towels are provided within the weekly tariff. Two week stays benefit from a change of linen and towels and intermediate house clean at the end of the first week if requested (charged at cost price).
Additional facilities include an iron and board, clothes airer and hair dryer. Outside, the large lawned garden is a secure place for children or dogs to play and exercise. All we ask is that you clean up after your dog. We also have a new patio area with garden furniture... great forafternoon and evening sunshine.
There's also a communal barbecue area looking out over the fabulous scenery of the Spey Valley, and a further dog walking area adjacent to the Meadowside entrance. The views to the Cairngorms and Loch Insh from here are outstanding.
