When travelling by car, don't forget to leave the A9 at either Kingussie (northbound) or Aviemore (southbound). You approach Shetland Cottage along the B9152. Look out for signs to the RZS Highland Wildlife Park, and turn off there (there’s also a yellow Meadowside Holidays sign). Go up the hill under the A9 and just before the Wildlife Park gates, turn left and left again. This is the drive to Meadowside House. When you go through the gates and down the small slope, turn right. Go right along past the main house...Shetland Cottage is the end one in front of you...park by the wooden picket fence.
